Hong Kong style chee cheong fan @ Max Gourmet, Gurney Plaza

It's weird that people have cravings every now and then. As for me, my cravings are usually very random. Just recently i craved for Hong Kong style chee cheong fan. A friend then recommended the one at Max Gourmet, Gurney Plaza.
our star dish-original Hong Kong style chee cheong fan (RM3.90) which was supposed to have prawns filling but unfortunately, it was hollow!! :(
Hong Kong style chee cheong fan wrapped with "yao char kuih" (RM3.90)-at least we've got this consolation after a disappointment in the first dish
"Max siew mai" (RM2.40)-didn't taste any special than the ordinary siew mai
deep fried wantan(RM5.90)-rather pricey for a simple dish like this
oriental fried rice (RM5.90)-perhaps tasted the best among all the dished
from left: milk tea(RM3) and coffee(RM3)

This is really not a very happy eating trip as 70% of what we ordered was really not up to par. Well, i guess then i have to find a better place to ease my craving for Hong Kong style chee cheong fan. :)
